In order to best organize your welcome, please contact our on-site Representative by telephone, no later than two days before your arrival and give them theestimated time of arrival. Their contact details are given to you at the same time as the rental contract.

 

In the interest of better on-site coordination, especially on busy weekends,please contact her again approximately 30 minutes before your arrival at the station.

 

She will welcome you on site, and will carry out with you the inventory of the premises (on arrival and departure), the handing over of the keys and the final payment formalities (delivery of security deposit checks and payment of the balance).
