Prices include:
Accommodation, satellite use, charges (water and electricity), high-speed WIFI internet, cleaning at the end of your stay.

Linen (optional), security deposit (€1000), tourist tax + TAD (Departmental Additional Tax) currently €1.98 per night, per person aged at least 18; returned to the municipality and subject to modification on their part.

Reservation methods, simple in 4 steps

Send us your reservation request by email to the following address: helene.touret@free.fr specifying the following information:
- first and last name of the person appearing in the contract, their postal address, telephone numbers (landline and mobile) and
mail address,
- number of people planned for the stay (adults and children under 18); the chalet having a capacity
maximum of 8 people (+baby),
- desired dates of stay.

A few days later you will receive by email: the rental contract accompanied by an explanatory letter (reception, contact of our Representative, on-site access, etc.), plan of the chalet, general and special conditions.

The contract and general conditions must be returned to us, by mail, duly signed, before a specified date, accompanied by the deposit check (50% of the rental amount). We will then notify you by email of receipt of the documents and the deposit; the reservation is then confirmed.
The deposit can also be paid by bank transfer.
A tenant’s insurance certificate, with “resort insurance extension", is requested at least 15 days before entering the premises (by mail or email): a formality, often free, to be requested from your insurance company in which you usually take out your multi-risk Home insurance.
On this certificate must be mentioned: the place of stay (Chalet l'Ecureuil, Résid. les Aiguilles, La Joue du Loup - 05250 Le Dévoluy) and the dates of stay.
This insurance must be valid on the date of stay.

No later than 30 days before the rental, the balance of the rental must be paid.
A deposit is also required upon arrival (€1000 by separate check, not cashed).
It is returned (by mail) within 8 to 10 days after the stay, in its entirety if no damage is noted at the end of the stay (see details in the contract or in the "More" menu then "FAQ") .
